Bill,

Was great hearing from you.  I am trying to think of something that might jar your memory of me twenty some years ago.  Steve Masters and I were good
friends, and I am trying to  think of the car you drove back then.  Was it a purple Duster? or am I thinking of some one else.  My wife Connie and I had a red and black Ford Torino.  We lived in a basement appartment in Seattle. We didn't have children then but we had a Bassett dog named Bing.

When I left the Reasoner I went to Fleet Training Center San Diego.   Where I made GMG1 and then it was on to Hawaii.  I went aboard the Somers DDG-24 where I made Chief.  From there I came back to San Diego where I caught the Berkeley DDG-15.  That was to be my last Sea tour, I left there to end my career at Organizational Effectiveness Center, San Diego.  I took a Disability retirement at 20 years, as I had acquired heart trouble.  Since taken under control, went back to school, got a Masters in Library Science and now work in Configuration Management at the Boeing Plant in Long Beach.

A place all members of the Reasoner came to love.

I am attaching 2 JPG Files that show us in 1973, about a year after leaving the Reasoner and a photo taken this last July 1999 while we were in Colorado.
